With illegals pervasive in every aspect of American society, we do good to wonder how they (being criminals by definition) can have more rights than Americans.  That these criminals have such unfettered access to the most secure portions of our aviation infrastructure, I think it’s wise to assume that Mexicans can become agents of Muslims.  After all, they don’t care about laws, they just care about getting money. LaShawn Barber has some very good words on this topic today.
Another thought in Barber’s article is interesting: support for the Iraq war (or lack thereof) is a reflection of insecurity at home.  I for one feel very insecure. I feel increasingly oppressed by a Federal Government that wants to restrict, monitor, and inconvenience me while giving criminal residents in this country a free pass.  I believe that Homeland Security is a myth, with its principle purpose being the erosion of Constitutional rule of our nation.

I think We Hire Aliens has a good idea.  We know that the Federal Government will do nothing to enforce criminal immigration law, so why not take the time to out some criminal employers.  To what end?  Nothing either practical or effective: just a good way to help us vent.

I hate to come back to this thought: If we know that our government is unwilling to abide by the U.S. Constitution, why then to we tolerate it?  We know that it steals and squanders our money, yet we accept it.  We know that it is intruding into our privacy in a monumental effort to control us, still we acquiesce.  The massive debacle known as the American Central Government is a failure.  Where it formerly served, now it is served. While it formerly stood for liberty, we find that now it oppresses the good and liberates the evil.  Many Americans know the danger and the tyranny under which we now reside, yet we seem unwilling to undertake the God-given duty of casting this government off of us.
