Who is this whacked out freak Rep. Steve Kagen? See-Dubya writes about Kagen’s incident where he claims to have deliberately called Laura Bush “Barbara.” Then in another situation he acted out to Karl Rove in a men’s room. This guy is a mega-jerk. The people who voted for him should be sterilized so they don’t breed.
