Florence, SC blatantly discriminatory
In a troubling report, the Florence Fire Department is now equipped with oxygen masks for dogs and cats. This is discriminatory preference given to only a select group of citizens. The Fire Department is making no apparent effort to provide life-saving care to other types of pets such as birds, hamsters, snakes, etc. These other types of pets are likely to be loved just as much as dogs and cats, but are considered worthless by Florence officials.
