The Hill reported today that Harry Reid made a buttock out of himself by alleging that the California fires are related to global warming:

“One reason why we have the fires in California is global warming,” Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) told reporters Tuesday, stressing the need to pass the Democrats’ comprehensive energy package.

Embarrassing Reid, yet again, is the following breaking news from Drudge:

“CBS News has learned U.S. officials will officially declare California’s Santiago Fire an arson and offer a $50,000 reward to find the arsonist… Developing… “
