RIAA needs to wake up, grow up, and shut up!
Hey, someone tell RIAA that this is 2007 (almost 2008). These folks have become Stalinist tyrants in their pursuit of American citizens. Now, please don’t forget that the Congress of the United States, the President, and the entire American Federal Bureaucracy are complicit in the oppression of the American people that is perpetrated by RIAA.
The bottom line is that the RIAA members have failed to adapt to the information age. Representing archaic record labels and artists that fail to create enough quality material to warrant the purchase of a CD. Besides, wake up dudes, people are “out” of CDs and “into” mp3s. These control freaks are so far out of control, they want to make us criminals if we purchase a CD and rip it to our computer. The message the American people continue to send RIAA is “Screw you!” If the recording industry cannot adapt and manage to be profitable in the modern era, they should shut down. Neither the Federal Government nor the RIAA should be allowed to FORCE us to patronize and subsidize an industry that is no longer feasible.
