I was surprised to hear about Brazil’s crackdown on blogging, but Vietnam? Yeah, they kinda have a bad reputation anyway - Right?  Regardless, we should all be interested in promoting the right to free speech around the world (It’s a basic human right) so please read about Blogger Dieu Cay who was recently arrested.
