Sex charges dropped against Greenville County teacher
After being arrested for criminal sexual conduct, prosecutors have dropped all charges against David Kelley, an Eastside High School football coach. This demonstrates an increasingly frustrating failure of the American judicial system: based on a false report, this man was arrested, disgraced, humiliated, and destroyed by law enforcement and the American “justice” system. What recourse does this man have? Since people who are wronged by the state cannot sue the government, where can this man go to recover damages? The teenager who wrongfully accused him? I’ll tell you what, she should be arrested, humiliated, disgraced and destroyed for at least six months for what she did.

Charges have been dropped against a former Eastside High School football coach after prosecutors determined that they couldn’t believe the story of the 14-year-old student who accused him of having sex with her.
Advertisement“There was a credibility problem that would prevent us from prosecuting the case beyond a reasonable doubt,” John Tucker, a spokesman for the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, said today.
The teen was the only witness in the case against David L. Kelley, 46, of Taylors, Tucker said.
The charges were dismissed on April 16, six months after his arrest, according to court records.
Kelley, also a former in-school suspension monitor, had faced a charge of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor, according to a warrant and school officials.
We have a police state that is out of control! At a whim, a person may have another arrested, and the police have no responsibility or accountability when they act without sufficient evidence. Way to go, South Carolina!
