Obama Hussein isn’t eligible to be President
We already know that Jihadist Obama HUSSEIN is not QUALIFIED to be the President, we now know that he is not ELIGIBLE to be President under American law. This is a great comment to a post over at Michelle Malkin’s blog:
Barack Obama is not legally a U.S. Natural-born citizen according to the law on the books at the time of his birth, which falls between “December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986? . Presidential office requires a natural-born citizen if the child was not born to two U.S. Citizen parents, which of course is what exempts John McCain though he was born in the Panama Canal. US Law very clearly stipulates: “…If only one parent was a U.S. Citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.” Barack Obama’s father was not a U.S. Citizen and Obama’s mother was only 18 when Obama was born, which means though she had been a U.S. Citizen for 10 years, (or citizen perhaps because of Hawai’i being a territory) the mother fails the test for being so for at least 5 years **prior to** Barack Obama’s birth, but *after* age 16. It doesn’t matter *after* . In essence, she was not old enough to qualify her son for automatic U.S. Citizenship. At most, there were only 2 years elapsed since his mother turned 16 at the time of Barack Obama’s birth when she was 18 in Hawai’i. His mother would have needed to have been 16+5= 21 years old, at the time of Barack Obama’s birth for him to have been a natural-born citizen. As aformentioned, she was a young college student at the time and was not. Barack Obama was already 3 years old at that time his mother would have needed to have waited to have him as the only U.S. Cizen parent. Obama instead should have been naturalized, but even then, that would still disqualify him from holding the office.
*** Naturalized citizens are ineligible to hold the office of President. *** Though Barack Obama was sent back to Hawaii at age 10, all the other info does not matter because his mother is the one who needed to have been a U.S. Citzen for 10 years prior to his birth on August 4, 1961, with 5 of those years being after age 16. Further, Obama may have had to have remained in the country for some time to protect any citizenship he would have had, rather than living in Indonesia. Now you can see why Obama’s aides stopped his speech about how we technically have more than 50 states, because it would have led to this discovery. This is very clear cut and a blaring violation of U.S. Election law. I think the Gov. Of California would be very insterested in knowing this if Obama were elected President without being a natural-born U.S. Citizen, and it would set precedence. Stay tuned to your TV sets because I suspect some of this information will be leaking through over the next several days…

There are so many red flags that surround BHO that it’s unfathomable how he has reached the point that he has, even with media complicity. I agree with Steve: “Why doesn’t the media just ask him, right in public, where he was born?” And why didn’t the Clintons, McCain, and Palin focus on this paramount issue as well? We are truly fighting for the soul of the USA, and it is devastating at how many ignorant, starry-eyed liberal imbeciles have been deceived by such an obvious and shameless fraud.

There are at least two law suits which contend that president elect obama is not eligeble to hold the office of president. The validity of obamas citizenship is in question.

Help me to understand!
When Pearl Harbor was attacked by the Japanese, all Japanese people in the U.S. were looked upon with suspicion. They were taken into custody due to the uncertainty of their loyalty to the U.S. No one disputed its purpose. The security of our country was of utmost importance.
Today this would not be handled in the same way. However, as the result of the attack on New York by Muslim terrorists, anyone with Muslim ties regardless of their age at the time of their exposure, should have required a full investigation before they qualified for any governmental position to assure the national security of our country. Why was this not done and how can we readily accept the following situations with such little concern?
• Obama’s submission of an illegible and possible fraudulent birth certificate to substantiate his citizenship and identify of his actual parents.
• Upon request for resubmission, he postpones submitting same even when notified by nine states filing suits against him. Then he arrogantly refuses to respond and fails to meet the specified deadline date until after the election purposely delaying the validation of same.
Anyone else would have been charged with contempt of the court, immediately disqualified, and placed in jail. Any individual who places themselves above everyone else is not the quality of character I would want to have in a Presidential candidate in charge of our country.
Why has Obama been given so much favoritism? We keep hearing about the racial slurs against all those who didn’t vote for Obama, when discrimination against the other candidate is fully promoted. Is it no wonder why we can never become united as a nation!
• Do the voters have such little regard for the security of their country that they care more about the promises of grandeur they can expect to receive in payment for their vote.
• Have they become so heavily involved in racial bias that they would vote for anyone of the black African race to substantiate their prejudice against the white race regardless of the penalty to their freedom and security of their country!
• Has Obama’s access to tremendous campaign funds permitted corruption at the upmost levels of our government ?
• Is our government afraid that a racial uprising could affect their re- election so they look the other way in the hope that the situation will blow over without any regard to the safety of their country?
• According to political records (which can be found on the internet), Obama sponsored the lessening of restraints against the financial institutions prior to 2006. Then with the rest of the Democratic Party, who held the majority of votes in Congress during 2006 up through 2008, chose to look the other way when the alarm was sounded alerting Congress of a potential financial eruption involving Fannie Mae and Freddie Max. After the financial crisis finally hit in 2008, why did the Democratic Party decide to place all the blame on the Republican Party as the culprits to disqualify them for re-election in the eyes of the American people thus leaving the Democratic Party off the hook? Anyone not considering this a means of defraud against the Republican Party have no concern for integrity of the potential presidential candidate or affiliated party. If they can’t accept responsibility for their own mistakes, how can we place the responsibility of the security of our country in their hands?
• While both parties show receiving considerably large contributions from Fannie Mae and Freddie Max lobbyist, why where three individuals , (Obama, Kerry and Dodd) signaled out to received over $100,000 each from this group? Accepting the individual candidate’s answer without verification reflects you willingness to be deceived at any cost.
• Why does a payment from Obama’s campaign funds to Acorn for $800,000 to secure voter registration not be scrutinized by their own people? If this does not raise concern by his own people alone, it is cause for concern! Have his people merely become puppets, which will do almost anything to please him without question?
• How can an unknown individual rise so quickly from a “Joe the Lawyer” position to that of Illinois Senator, to now become a Presidential candidate, with a blatant Muslin name in addition to affiliation with a foreign power and yet not demand a full verification of his origin and ties in the very beginning by the Democratic Party, the FEC and FBI? Had this been properly accomplished by the Democratic Party together with the FEC and FBI, the magnitude of issues being approached now, and a possible racial upheaval could have been avoided. How can one accept such a critical oversight and attempt to defraud the people without criminal charges being filed against Obama and the Democratic Party and anyone else involved?
• What did the Muslim terrorist mean when they said “they would raise the flag at the White House”? Does that mean Obama will be the one raising the flag on their behalf? Ask yourself that questions without bias if you can!
• I do not understand why the African American voter, the Democratic Party and other disgruntled voters could not have taken the initiative to request an independent investigation to clear up Obama’s name and all of the controversy when the questions first arose, instead of accepting the candidate’s excuses that the Republican Party is jealous and are making up stories. Such little regard for a potential civil uprising between the black and white American people is inexcusable. Concern for both parties could have avoided a lot of the controversy.

No wonder wars will always be on the horizon. As long as people disregard the opinions of others, fail to properly identify their qualification to a position of high authority, and deliberately refuse to provide quantifiable answers and documentation, yet find it so easy to criticize the other for beliefs other than their own, our country will remain divided. The saying united we stand (I hope will be possible in the future, it certainly is not now), divided we fall (seems to be more prevalent every day when individuals take the easy way out and fall victim to propaganda and the brain washing techniques used throughout this campaign). What is wrong with you people don’t you have a mind of your own? If you did you wouldn’t be so easily influenced and you would want to get more involved and go after the answers. The internet is a great resource for history and contains a lot of information on the functions of our government and how our President, Senators and House of Representatives perform. Shame on those that don’t make the effort to really see what is happening. Then the possibility does exist you would be making a more intelligent decision than listening to empty promises by both candidates.
If you cannot provide answers to the above (supported by actual facts) and take the easy way out, your minds have been corrupted by propaganda and visions of grandeur and have used racial prejudice to guide you.
If you choose to do your own impartial investigation and find in your own mind there are areas that do need further investigations and you decide not to take action (whether it be because of fear of retaliation by your friends, family or piers) then you have not only sold out your own people but your country as well and have the desire to remain part of the conspiracy.
Since our country is in such financial difficulty, anyone believing that additional programs involving education, health care and another stimulus packages will be possible have not gained much knowledge in the workings of our government. Our government cannot continue to write checks for money they do not have. The consequences is that we sell out more and more of our country to compensate for the excessive debt . The government has already sold a number of our toll roads, bridges, highways, closed military sites, an heaven knows what else, to foreign entities. Before long we won’t even have the freedoms we have today.
Those doubting the truthfulness of this information, need only to use their fingers and go into the internet. You may be shocked beyond belief, I was?
Consider the fact that over $5.3 billion has been spent for this year’s presidential and congressional elections. 85% to 90% is provided by big business, industry, organizations, and committees not to mention the lobbyist to secure favors from our political groups leaving only 10% to 15% of bargaining power by the American people. Just how much power do you believe that will provide us with when it comes to legislation that will favor our needs versus those of the above.
In addition, the cost of these campaign contributions must be absorbed by someone, and guess who that someone is, the consumer, you and me. Do you still wonder why our healthcare, energy, gas, food, education, home ownership, automobiles, etc. have constantly been rising? Every four years, the political election with their campaign contributions take place all over again, and the corporate elite throw more money into the ring again.
Fully knowing this, your Senators, House of Representatives and Presidential candidates of both parties make empty promises they know will never be fulfilled. They will throw in a few bones here and there but they will never warrant the sacrifices each of us are making by accepting the out of control spending and bribery that affects us all.
To say that one party over the other conducted a cleaner campaign would be unrealistic. Each used different versions of dirty tactics, one more subtle but just as deadly as the other. I am not sure any campaign over the last 24 years have been that different except for the increase in Campaign contributions secured to purchase the American vote.
It is a shame that the American voter could not demand each candidate merely state what their platform represents and leave it up to the voter to ascertain which one will more adequately provide what they feel is needed by their standards and not that of the political parties. Then the $5.3 billion received in campaign contributions, from big business, industry, organizations and committees and lobbyist alike could be drastically reduced which not only would eliminate the effect of inflation but could curtail the increased cost to consumer prices for each of us.
A nation can survive its fools and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. A traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. Any citizen, Democratic or Republican alike should want to be sure they have placed the right individual, who is of foreign origin with a Muslin background, even if a citizen by one parent . I cannot remove the picture from my mind of Obama in Muslin garb taken when he was 18-20 years old. Saying he has never been a Muslin and has never practiced Islam leads me to question by his he wearing Muslin garb.
I do not trust this man. The need to avoid infiltration of foreign (potential) enemies from gaining power within the confines of any high governmental office of allowing influence by association with foreign or radical groups should always be our utmost concern over that of keeping in favor with the majority or in appeasing ones appetite for racial conquest. I don’t consider myself a racist as I would have voted for any African American that was in good standing like Powell or Nutter. It’s the blatant disregard for our safety that bothers me when individuals are so eager to put an assumed African American or a black Muslin in the White House at any cost? What are we thinking!

In 1999, the United Nations confirmed that the plebiscite vote that led to Hawaii’s statehood was in violation of article 73 of the United Nations’ charter. The Hawaii statehood vote, under treaty then in effect, was illegal and non-binding.
In a world where nations are as governed by laws as are men, Hawaii is not and has never legally been a part of the United States. Hawaii was stolen from the Hawaiian people, and they want it back.
Hawaiians submitted a petition to Congress with 29,000 signatures opposing annexation, and petitions to the Republic of Hawaii (the satellite government imposed upon the native Hawaiians), asking that annexation be put to a public vote. They were never permitted to vote on the issue.
In all, three separate Treaties of Annexation were sent to congress. All three failed. In the end, Hawaii was annexed by a joint resolution of Congress. But Congress did not have the legal authority to do so. A joint resolution of the U.S. Congress has no legal standing in a foreign country, which is what Hawaii remained, even under the provisional government.
If one holds that the government of the United States is obliged to obey the laws and the UN charter it freely signed, then the status of the Hawaiian people as a distinct and sovereign nation is beyond debate. This makes the United States in Hawaii, as Gandhi described the British in India, acting as the masters in someone else’s home. (somewhat following the pattern of the Union’s establishment of satellite governments that were forced upon the various Confederate States in the South after 1865.)
On November 23, 1993, President Clinton signed United States Public Law 103-150, which not only acknowledged the illegal actions committed by the United States in the overthrow of the legitimate government of Hawaii, but also that the Hawaiian people never surrendered their sovereignty.
The latter is the most important part of United States Public Law 103-150 for it makes it quite clear that the Hawaiian people never legally ceased to be a sovereign separate independent nation. There is no argument that can change that fact.

ARTICLE II, Section I. of the Constitution of the United States requires:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and thus was not a “natural born Citizen” of the United States to satisfy the constitutional requirement for the U.S. Presidency. His mother was from Wichita, Kansas, but his father was born in Nyangoma-Ko-Kogelo, Siaya District, Kenya. Legally then, Barack Obama is a foreigner and according to Fox News, most of his financing has been furnished by a foreigner, Hungarian born billionaire socialist George Soros, who lives in Canada. It is revealing that the American Communist party (CPUSA) actively supports Obama. Should the American Government be so obviously threatened with foreign control as this? In admitting his birth in Honolulu Barack Obama has, perhaps innocently, claimed to be a natural born Citizen, a false presentation nevertheless. An innocent violation of the U.S. Constitution in such an important matter as that of vying to be President is still a most serious transgression. President Bush has sworn to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States in his oath of office.

Will President Bush issue an executive order disqualifying Barack Obama as a Constitutional Candidate for President of the United States? Or who will sue the Federal election Board and the DNC over this abuse of the constitution? Will the RNC sue? Will the McCain campaign sue? Will President George Bush sue to have a decision from the Supreme Court? Will some group of concerned citizens sue? Or shall the fraud continue without action to correct it until the election?

It is quite possible that the usa has been the victim of a mutiny , a mutiny that has covertly overthrown our government at its highest level ,[the office of the president/ commander and chief].This betrayal was with a high degree of certainty orchestrated by government officials at the highest level of our government, and most certainly aided and co conspired with the stealth assistance of international entities. But now that nation, and the people of that nation have been betrayed- that nation at the hands of its highest officials, has had its financial institutions pillaged unto insolvency, has had its borders unprotected, unguarded, has allowed foreign terrorists to ; enter its domain, plan and execute the complete destruction of our freedom and sovereignty, and at the hands of our current president and his administration we stand at the forlorn precipice of a total annihilation of our once great and free republic.
I dont care what anyone says I think obama will be one of our best presidents ever and to make it clear I am white and think this and to let everybody else know obama is half white and half black so I think he will do great for the whites and blacks and maybe finally unite us all!In gods eyes we are all brothers and sisters so please people dont seperate us by race.Obama is the best thing to happen to the united states.Liberty and Justice for all!

ALSO APPEARS TO HAVE HELD INDONESIAN CITIZENSHIP WHICH MAY HAVE BEEN USED TO TRAVEL TO HOSTILE REGIONS IN THE 1980′S AND FOR PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT IN APPLYING TO U.S. UNIVERSITIES ALL RELEVANT RECORDS MUST BE MADE PUBLIC
Obama’s paternal grandmother, as well as the Kenyan Ambassador to the United States, have stated that he was born in Kenya and that his birthplace in Kenya would be commemorated, respectively. Since these statements cast doubt upon the nativity of Obama, the clerks of the Supreme Court must secure obstetrical records from hospitals in Mombasa, Kenya and Honolulu, Hawaii to verify where the obstetrician/midwife delivered him. If medical records support a Kenyan birth, the Supreme Court must decertify Obama for the presidency. If he was born in Honolulu, then he is a native born American and the next step would be to evaluate why he failed to register for Selective Service when he was 18 years old. Apparently, failure to register proscribes your becoming president of the United States. If a registration is somehow found, he is a bonifide president elect as of December 15th when the electoral college elects him. If the Supreme Court throws this case out in light of a Kenyan birth, they would be flauting the US Constitution and every piece of presidential paper bearing Obama’s signature would be invalid over the next four years…and that would represent a severe constitutional crisis. Good luck to the SCOTUS.
As of today, SCOTUS has refused to hear the case.
The United States Supreme Court has just nullified your constitutional right to know and be confident in the TRUTH…..and that the “elected” candidate is legally eligible to actually be sworn in and seated in the highest office of this nation. This is the most obscene fraud ever foisted upon us, as patriots of the US.
Freedom is dead, unless We the People do something about this grave injustice perpetrated upon us from the “powers that be”.
