Obama Hussein isn’t eligible to be President
We already know that Jihadist Obama HUSSEIN is not QUALIFIED to be the President, we now know that he is not ELIGIBLE to be President under American law. This is a great comment to a post over at Michelle Malkin’s blog:
Barack Obama is not legally a U.S. Natural-born citizen according to the law on the books at the time of his birth, which falls between “December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986? . Presidential office requires a natural-born citizen if the child was not born to two U.S. Citizen parents, which of course is what exempts John McCain though he was born in the Panama Canal. US Law very clearly stipulates: “…If only one parent was a U.S. Citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.” Barack Obama’s father was not a U.S. Citizen and Obama’s mother was only 18 when Obama was born, which means though she had been a U.S. Citizen for 10 years, (or citizen perhaps because of Hawai’i being a territory) the mother fails the test for being so for at least 5 years **prior to** Barack Obama’s birth, but *after* age 16. It doesn’t matter *after* . In essence, she was not old enough to qualify her son for automatic U.S. Citizenship. At most, there were only 2 years elapsed since his mother turned 16 at the time of Barack Obama’s birth when she was 18 in Hawai’i. His mother would have needed to have been 16+5= 21 years old, at the time of Barack Obama’s birth for him to have been a natural-born citizen. As aformentioned, she was a young college student at the time and was not. Barack Obama was already 3 years old at that time his mother would have needed to have waited to have him as the only U.S. Cizen parent. Obama instead should have been naturalized, but even then, that would still disqualify him from holding the office.
*** Naturalized citizens are ineligible to hold the office of President. *** Though Barack Obama was sent back to Hawaii at age 10, all the other info does not matter because his mother is the one who needed to have been a U.S. Citzen for 10 years prior to his birth on August 4, 1961, with 5 of those years being after age 16. Further, Obama may have had to have remained in the country for some time to protect any citizenship he would have had, rather than living in Indonesia. Now you can see why Obama’s aides stopped his speech about how we technically have more than 50 states, because it would have led to this discovery. This is very clear cut and a blaring violation of U.S. Election law. I think the Gov. Of California would be very insterested in knowing this if Obama were elected President without being a natural-born U.S. Citizen, and it would set precedence. Stay tuned to your TV sets because I suspect some of this information will be leaking through over the next several days…

Your logic is inescapable. However, the same logic leads to an absurd result which calls into question the law cited or the interpretation of same.
10 years 5 of which are after the age of 16. This is the residency requirement where only one parent is a U.S. Citizen. This means that where any woman who is a U.S. Citizen, gives birth prior to the age of 21, where the father is a non U.S. Citizen - Mexico/Canada/Scandanavia/Etc… the child is necessarily not a Natural born citizen. If this were indeed the case then we would have seen prior controversy arising out of this result. Think about it. A 19 year old woman, whose family was one of the original pilgrims and which family has always resided in the U.S., hooks up with a foreigner here in the U.S. who is perpahs over on a school visa. Their child is not a natural born citizen.
Something is missing from your analysis. But I still like it.

In article -II of executive department , section -I of the American constitution states that to be president of USA you are a natural born citizen or a citizen of united states at the time of adoption of the constitution,above 35 years and above age and have been the United States resident for the last 14 years.

I think his reluctance to release the birth certificate relates either to a) showing his parents were unmarried; or b) showing the father to be someone other than Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. Either (or both) might be embarrassing, but wouldn’t disqualify his run for POTUS.

Then there was the faux McCain citizenship rah, rah, and recall the no other than Obama expressed support for it first, and then co-authored the totally unnecessary bill in the Senate to “make McCain” legitimate. This was all huwey.
What the media, and us, need to vigorously pursue is the results of Passportgate, number one, not only getting a copy of the birth certificate, but what the findings are of the break in.
Also, there’s more to this story regarding a bunch of trips that Obama’s mother undertook from Hawaii to the Philippines when he was little, and why. It also has something to do with birth, citizenship, clarification of the entire record.
Hillary is waiting in the wings. Get ready for Hillary/McCain. Don’t think for a second that the media and Hillary didn’t know this, and please don’t accept that the conservatives are doing dirty work here. It was all started by the Obama camp to retrieve whatever it is that they are covering up.”
Whatever is going on, be sure that SOMETHING IS going on and (1) Clinton Inc. is probably behind it and (2) regardless of Obama’s eligibility and birth certificate status doesn’t matter. Um, Hawai’i was an incorporated territory of the United States as of 1898. “Incorporated” means that it was rendered an inseparable, permanent part of the United States proper. The Alaska Territory was incorporated in 1912 (statehood also in 1959). The Oklahoma Territory in 1890 (statehood in 1907). Etc.
Citizens of incorporated territories are citizens of the United States of America.

Would someone kindly let me know where the information about one parent’s U.S. residency comes from? All I can find about requirements to be U.S. president (in Section 1, Article 2 of the U.S. Constitution) states that the President must be:
* be a natural born citizen of the united States
* be at least 35 years old
* have lived in the U.S. for at least 14 years
I’m tempted to believe there’s some sort of cover-up going on, but I can’t quite put my finger on it yet.

I had assumed, without giving it much thought, that the Commander in Chief (CIC) of our country would have Top Secret Security Clearance (TS). The assumption was that it was a “given”.
But then I questioned what exactly the criteria to get this clearance are and with BHO’s questionable past and current associates and positions, how can he meet the scrutiny?
And if he can’t meet the scrutiny, can he really become Pres?
I guess my question is two-fold. First, technically speaking, does the CIC get TS, and if so, can BHO meet the criteria? Second, if this is an issue, why would anyone vote for a candidate that technically can’t be CIC?
This along with the birth certificate issue is perplexing and I think has potential for a big cover up; buried under tons of money and corruption.
Seems to me, giving Barry top secret security clearance is giving top secret security clearance to George Soros and the nutcase in Iran.

All you have to do is check US IMMIGRATION law– go to the GOVERNMENT WEB SITE and look for eligibility of single parent american citizen giving birth to a child with a
non US citizen FATHER. very easy to find.

Thus Barry’s mother was too– young– by one year for him to be a NATRUAL BORN CITIZEN. he is of course still a citizen because (sic) he was born in the USA . he is just not eligible to run for president.

The Birth (live) certificate
According to a recent interview in the DAILY MAIL ( London) Kezia his fathers first wife and faithfull girlfriend to his death, who now lives in England, said that STANLEY ANN DUNHAM ( yes her real name ) was only HIS COMMON LAW WIFE because he was still married to her at the time of BARRY;S BIRTH. thus they where never married, not that that matters very much but it does go to BARRY’S Honesty, something that is increasingly comming into question.
I have found no evidence of a possible birth in KENYA unless it was to RUTH, his fathers other American wife? she had two children by him.
The real birth certificate should read BARRY DUNHAM because it was accepted practice in 1961 to use the name of the AMERICAN citizen parent when the other was a non citizen.
His father would needed to have ADOPTED him in order for BARRY to carry his fathers full name.
His second father did not adopt him either and his grandparents did not change his name or make him a citizen when he returned to AMERICA at age 10
The only other way to legally change his name would be by deedpole - BARRY did not.
Maybe he just decided to use it and then con the world into believing it .

If he was born in this country he is natural born citizen. I am not sure of the argument about his mother, but that isn’t referenced anywhere but merely a “summation”.
His father was Muslim. He was probably “declared Muslin”, like it means anything to a newborn. His step-father was Muslim and enrolled him school, probably as a Muslim and he was sent back to his non-Muslim grandparents at age 10.
So what does all of this mean? Probably nothing. There are bigger fish to fry instead of wasting energy here..I am more concerned that Obama has crowned himself and moved staff from the DNC to Chicago and will be running operations from there. The DNC is broke because they and Obama have ticked everyone off. Obama has simply bought them and now has his own party.

Well it’s a none issue. as has been noted above several times. I keep reading stories that McCain is going to drop out and another person fill in. This seems more realistic to me. Since Mr. McCain stands absolutely no chance of beating Obama. should be interesting to see who replaces him at the Convention. Ron Paul ?

Why all the fuss over this BHO citizenship issue? Election implications aside, either BHO is or isn’t legally eligible to become president. Don’t we have some federal commission (FEC) or otherwise that has already/should rule on a matter like this if it has any merit? If they’ve already ruled on this matter (as I expect they have) but some new fact-based information has come to light since the ruling then they (FEC et al) must re-visit their previous decision.

DON’T BELIEVE SNOPES!! A superb piece just came out from israelinsider.com stating that the State of Hawaii says the Daily Kos and Obama Campaign-posted “birth certificate” IS A FORGERY!! It would appear that Obama’s decided to “tough this one out”, hoping nothing comes of it, which strongly suggests he’s covering up something. Releasing the authentic birth certificate would clear up a lot of this.

This is a very well written blog site and the information is correct. The problem is getting this factual report out into the public. Because the truth is that a huge fraud is being imposed on the American people. For Obama to run for President, knowing full well that the circumstances of his birth do not comply with US Law is not only unethical, but also criminal. I urge everyone who reads this to call into every government office, radio program, and other media outlets available, including those on the web, to bring this subversive con to light as quickly as possible. We only have a few months left to diffuse this effort on the part of Obama and those behind him. Do not delay, and I will practice what I have preached.
