The response on the topic of Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to be President is indicative of two things: (1) That people are very eager to find anything at all that gives them hope that Obama HUSSEIN will not be our next president, (2) That People KNOW that John McCain is a loser, (3) That the Republican Party is toast as a result of their incompetence, compromise, and immoral behavior, and (4) That even if we are rid of Hillary Clinton, AND Barack Hussein Obama, we STILL are screwed because Juan McCain is still with us.  Anyhow, the response to this topic has been amazing and interesting.

Before I continue (I want to highlight a particular commenter’s post later on), I want to point something out to the ultra-left-wing Kool-Aid  drinkers at the Daily Kos: The Kos has no concept of reality and therefore cannot be trusted to authenticate anything concerning Obama HUSSEIN’s birth certificate or passport. C’mon people! Just because someone says that he was born in 1961 does not mean that he really was born in 1961. Who was that baseball player who recently got caught lying about his age?

Although the comment is posted in the original thread, I feel it necessary to highlight it here to give it the exposure that it properly deserves. As I asked you before, please keep in mind that I have made no defense of the original comments, yay or nay, and I am not going overboard on this topic either. The reality is that Obama is hiding something that he feels will be damaging to him. Otherwise, he would have no issues with his passport or with his birth certificate.

American IMMIGRATION law will help you answer the vexing question of eligibility.
All you have to do is check US IMMIGRATION law– go to the GOVERNMENT WEB SITE and look for eligibility of single parent american citizen giving birth to a child with a
non US citizen FATHER. very easy to find.
it will say
Must be a US citizen for 10 years, 5 of which MUST be beyond age 14–(16 in 1961) Thus Barry’s mother was too– young– by one year for him to be a NATRUAL BORN CITIZEN. he is of course still a citizen because (sic) he was born in the USA . he is just not eligible to run for president.

WE as a group must continue to make this point, so that sooner, rather than later a person from immigration (INS) will go on FOX and explain why the LAW is not being upheld in this case — we dont need a long dissertation on the 14th amendment , it does not explain the point we are trying to make.

The Birth (live) certificate

According to a recent interview in the DAILY MAIL ( London) Kezia his fathers first wife and faithfull girlfriend to his death, who now lives in England, said that STANLEY ANN DUNHAM ( yes her real name ) was only HIS COMMON LAW WIFE because he was still married to her at the time of BARRY;S BIRTH. thus they where never married, not that that matters very much but it does go to BARRY’S Honesty, something that is increasingly comming into question.

I have found no evidence of a possible birth in KENYA unless it was to RUTH, his fathers other American wife? she had two children by him.

The real birth certificate should read BARRY DUNHAM because it was accepted practice in 1961 to use the name of the AMERICAN citizen parent when the other was a non citizen. His father would needed to have ADOPTED him in order for BARRY to carry his fathers full name.

His second father did not adopt him either and his grandparents did not change his name or make him a citizen when he returned to AMERICA at age 10 The only other way to legally change his name would be by deedpole - BARRY did not.

Maybe he just decided to use it and then con the world into believing it. This has been done before , here in Philadelphia, MUMIA ABU-JAMAL- real name Wesley Cook. He never changed his name legaly but everybody uses his FAKE NAME I guess when you Killed a police officer and claim to be a world renowned journalist winning the peebody award ( which he never did ) then thats OK. Yes these two have some things in common, Lying to name but one.

Yes, the document would in 1961 classify his father as black or negro.

I believe that there is every reason to regard the document shown to be a fake in a poor attemt to end the endless disussion about it, which BARRY does not whant to answer to ( lets not kid ourselfs as to where this came from - Daily KOS a pro BARRY Propaganda site.)

So the question becomes why would one take an Arfrocentric muslim name instead of keeping his perfectly good WASP name and then spend for ever, denying any interest in the MUSLIM Relgion even though for almost 10 years, school time is spent learning that religion.

He claims it was the influence of his father ( who deserted him at age two) and a desire to CLING to his KENYA rootes, Muslim et al,- that leads him to go there frequently , but not to his white Granparents who brought him up and GAVE him his now famous education where he learned to speak such striving ENGLISH.

Lets not forget his first cousin Raila Odinga leader of the opposition party in KENYA in last years election whom after he lost, set his muslim suporters to kill over 2000 christians and managed to become PRIME MINISTER in MAY of this year. BARRY whent to KENYA 3 times last year to give speeches and surport to this person.!!!

Lets not forget when he said how– Proud– he was of his ELDER BROTHER ROY , when he whent back to Kenya and became a muslim and leader of a sect within his LUO tribe.
Yet here is a man who would be president but cannot tell the truth about his real birth or Religion.

1 USA
2 KENYA - he was made a citizen de facto by Government degree in 1963
3 INDONESIA - according to records made available from the schools he attended under the name of BARRY SOETORO
