Four Supreme Court Justices endanger ALL Americans
In a rare triumph of justice, Anchor Baby Jose Medellin was sent on his one-way trip to Hell by the State of Texas. This prolonged case took15 years to come to its final disposition. This is the case where the government of our #1 enemy complained to the illegal World Court saying that the anchor baby did not receive help from the Mexican Consulate. As the case was reviewed by the Supreme Court, four out of nine thought that the jurisdiction of the World Court took priority over U.S. and Texan law. What a freaking disgrace! We are ONE Supreme Court justice away from becoming a Third World nation.
We all know that the old hag Ruth Ginsburg is hanging on to life, hoping to make it until President Barry Dunham gets sworn in. Do YOU think that Barry (aka Obama Hussein) will appoint a person who believes that the Federal Government is subject to the States and that the World Court and United Nations are illegal entities that have no right to tell the USA (or any other nation) what to do? HA! Dunham will appoint someone who hates America just as much as HE hates America. In fact, Obama would probably appoint Bin Laden to the court if he had the opportunity! Endorsed by terrorists worldwide, Barack Hussein Obama would use the Supreme Court to destroy our nation (Do you really believe that Juan McCain would do any better?).

The appeal to the nation’s highest court focused on whether Medellin was denied treaty-guaranteed help from the Mexican consulate when he was arrested.
Huh? Treaty-guaranteed? If I ever got elected Prez, this is one of the many treaties would meet the shredder in a hurry.
“It’s important to recall this is a case not just about one Mexican national on death row in Texas,” one of his lawyers, Sandra Babcock, said after watching him die. “It’s also about ordinary Americans who count on the protection of the consulate when they travel abroad to strange lands. It’s about the reputation of the United States as a nation that adheres to the rule of law.”
