Bush needs a lesson from the Constitution ASAP

Thanks to Michelle Malkin for presenting El Presidente Bushe with a few words of wisdom from the Constitution of the United States of America.  Too bad he doesn’t care about the Constitution… that’s why he should be impeached, convicted and punished.
