Complaint and Petition for Writ of Mandamus Directed to the Agencies of

the United States and Motion for Injunctive Relief previously filed August 28,2008 at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and petitions this Honorable Court for a Writ of Mandamus Directed to the Agencies of the United States. If leave is granted by this Court, Applicant requests this Court provide written notice to all interested parties of same.

Applicant hereby states:

1. Applicant is a Forensic Psychologist who works for the Criminal Justice System and the Courts.

2. Upon reading all of the books written by or about Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. aka Barry 50etoro, (hereinafter Obama) Applicant discerned that Obama was not a natural born citizen of the United States or if he was a natural born citizen that he had lost his citizenship when his biological mother married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia. And, Obama then became a citizen of Indonesia as a result of his mother’s expatriation of herself and her son, by self declaration on legal public educational records that Obama was formally known as Barry Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia.

3. Hence, Applicant discerned that Obama was not US Constitutionally qualified to hold the Office of the United States Senator from Illinois or the Office of the President of the United States.

4. Without any knowledge whatsoever of the instant case filed August

21,2008, Applicant filed the Complaint at the United States District Court -See Exhibit A.

5. Later, Plaintiff discovered a similar action, the instant case, and provided Judicial Notice to the US District Court of same-See Exhibit

B.

6. Shortly thereafter, Applicant discerned that Obama’s Mother engaged in a pattern of illegal and fraudulent conduct as a result of both of her two children’s birth outside of the United States: (1) Obama, Jr. born in Kenya Africa and (2) Maya Soetoro born in Jakarta Indonesia, but the mother, a US Citizen, raced to Hawaii after each of her children’s birth where she engaged in fraudulent conduct upon the United States by declaring a late registration birth for both children claiming that they were born in Hawaii.

7. In fact, this pattern of fraudulent conduct is evidenced by the fact that Obama, Jr. was born in Africa and her second child, Maya Soetoro, was born in Jakarta, Indonesia; however, both children are allegedly registered with birth certificates as born in the United States.

8. Obama’s mother defrauded the United States not once, but twice due to her out of US births of her children that she desperately sought to protect by late registration births with false and fraudulent information declaring that both children were born on US soil.

9. If in fact, Obama was born on US Soil, he lost any US citizenship he may have held when his mother married Lolo Soetoro, moved to Indonesia, expatriated bother herself and her son as a result of her marriage and by self-declaration on legal, public, educational records that Obama was the step-son of Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia, and that Obama ’s name was changed to Barry Soetoro, now a citizen of Indonesia.

1O.For all intents and purposes, Obama, remains a citizen of Indonesia to this day.

I1.Unless he has applied for naturalization of US Citizenship after the age of 18 and pledged an oath of allegiance to the US, Obama is, in fact, an illegal alien living in the United States.

12.He should be deported and stripped of his US citizenship and immediately stricken from the ballot for those natural born citizens qualified to hold the Office of the President of the United States. 13.The quickest route to obtain facts would be for this Court to direct the Agencies of the United States to obtain the Indonesia passport for Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. aka, Barry Soetoro.

14.Mr. Berg has requested additional documents from Obama; however the illegal games that this sophisticated and intelligent “master manipulator” may engage in over the next several weeks will cause great turmoil to the upcoming US Presidential elections and a constitutional crisis that may cause irreparable harm and damage to Case 2:08-cv-04083-RBS

Document 16 Filed 10/07/2008 Page 4 of 71 the United States, its agencies and its US citizens, including its registered voters who have relied upon the Federal Election Commission and the Democratic National Committee to fully investigate and vet its candidates before engaging in the national disgrace of Obama, illegal alien and citizen of Indonesia being placed on the ballot of the United States Presidential Elections of 2008.

IS.Applicant respectfully requests this Court review the solutions available to it by commanding the pertinent agencies of the United States as set forth in Exhibits A and B herein to take action to fully investigate the allegations contained in Exhibits A and B herein, in addition to the facts and documentary evidence in support of Mr. Berg’s claims in his Complaint and Response to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss.

16.Both the Applicant and Mr. Berg have standing as natural born United States Citizens and registered voters to apply to the United States District Court and the US court systems as the only avenue to obtain relief in regards to the issues and claims of each party’s Complaint.

17.To protect all US Citizens and registered voters, this Court is compelled to uphold its oath to protect its US Citizens from harm, including the name of an Indonesian citizen, an illegal alien, Barack Hussein Obama,Jr. aka Barry Soetoro, who has diligently sought to

obtain the highest office of the United States government and its agencies although he is not US Constitutionally qualified.

WHEREFORE, Applicant Bradley, respectfully moves this Court to enter its Orders directed to the agencies of the United States as set forth in the claims for relief in Counts I (pages 21-24) Count II (pages 26-29) and such other relief as this Court deems just and necessary given the gravity of the facts, witnesses (Grandmother, step-sister, step-brother who claim Obama was born in Africa), and the documentary evidence in support provided by Mr. Berg to this Honorable court to avert a US Constitutional crisis. Further, the Applicant respectfully requests this Court utilize its power and its authority given the gravity of the facts and documents in support of the fact that Obama, Jr. is not US Constitutionally qualified to hold neither the Office of the United States Senator from Illinois nor the Office of the President of the United States as it is clear that he relinquished his US Citizenship, if any, by becoming a citizen of Indonesia and traveling on an Indonesian Passport from age 6-age 18, and after the age of 18. In fact, Obama is an illegal alien attempting to fool the registered US voter in the November 2008 Presidential elections. Applicant requests this Court to enter its Writ of Mandamus directed to the third party agencies of the United States to seek out, investigate and obtain third party documentary evidence and the facts providing its report and documentary evidence to this Court. The facts can be quickly discerned by  any and all passports

Folks, I’ve told you this over and over again: Barack Hussein Obama is a FRAUD. He is a liar and a deceiver. He is a dangerous, incompetent, and evil man. A Pennsylvania lawsuit alleging that Barack Obama is not a “natural-born citizen” of the United States took an unusual twist this week, after a federally mandated deadline requiring Obama’s lawyers to produce a “vault” copy of his birth certificate expired with no response from Obama or his lawyers.

The lawsuit, filed by former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg — a self-avowed supporter of Hillary Clinton — alleges that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and is thus “ineligible” to run for president of the United States. It demands that Obama’s lawyers produce a copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen.

Berg’s suit and allegations have set off a wave of Internet buzz and rumors, though Obama could easily have put the matter to rest by providing the federal court with the basic documentation proving he is eligible to take the oath of a president. But Obama has apparently decided to deny the court and the public that documentation.

The Constitution provides that any U.S. citizen is eligible to become president if the person is 35 years of age or older and is a natural-born citizen; that is, born in the territorial United States.

By failing to respond to the Request for Admissions and Request for the Production of Documents within 30 days, Obama has “admitted” that he was born in Kenya, Berg stated this week in new court filings.

Berg released a long list of “admissions” he submitted to Obama’s lawyers on Sept. 15, and asked that they produce documents relating to Obama’s place of birth and citizenship.

Instead of responding, lawyers for Obama and the DNC asked the court to dismiss the case. But Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has issued no ruling in the case that would have given Obama’s lawyers more time.

“There are lots of legal ways to stonewall,” a well-placed Republican attorney told Newsmax, who was not authorized to comment officially on the case. “But failing to respond is not one of them.”

“The first thing they teach you in law school,” he added, “is don’t put a complaint like this in a drawer. That’s how a nuisance case can become a problem.”

The 30-day deadline for defendants to comply with a discovery request is set forth in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures.

“It all comes down to the fact that there’s nothing from the other side,” Berg said after he filed a motion on Thursday for summary judgment.

“The admissions are there. By not filing the answers or objections, the defense has admitted everything. [Obama] admits he was born in Kenya. He admits he was adopted in Indonesia. He admits that the documentation posted online is a phony. And he admits that he is constitutionally ineligible to serve as president of the United States.”

In a contentious case, lawyers on both sides will haggle over the production of documents, and will frequently go beyond the deadlines, several lawyers told Newsmax.

“The rules are more often complied with in the breech rather than the observance,” a senior trial attorney who has close ties to the Democrat Party, but is not involved in the current case, told Newsmax.

“Lawyers frequently do not return telephone calls or meet discovery deadlines because of sheer inadvertence. Therefore, we do not consider a failure to respond as a ‘violation,’” he said.

Allegations surrounding Obama’s place of birth have been swirling for months. Earlier this year, the Obama campaign sought to put down the rumors by making available a computer-generated Certification of Live Birth, issued in 2007 by the State of Hawaii. Respected conservative blogger Ed Morrissey called the Berg lawsuit a “conspiracy theory” that had been put to rest by the Obama campaign over the summer but ”has arisen like a zombie yet again to suck the credibility out of the conservative blogosphere.”

However, the 2007 document produced by the Obama campaign omits key information that normally appears on birth certificates in the United States, including the name of the hospital where he was born, the size and weight of the baby, and sometimes the name of the doctor who delivered him.

In addition, the critics of the 2007 document note that Obama’s father is described as “African,” a term used today. The formal language in official documents at the time — 1961 — would have identified his race as “Negro” or “Colored.”

The Web site snarkybytes.com has produced a vault copy of a Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth from 1963, issued by the Hawaii Department of Health. [See the vault copy — Click Here.]

In addition to naming the hospital and more details about the baby, the 1963 vault copy also includes the “usual residence of the mother,” and the “usual occupation” of the father. None of this information appears on the 2007 Live Birth certificate produced by the Obama campaign.

Berg has been a perennial political candidate in Pennsylvania, having run in Democrat primaries for attorney general, lieutenant governor, governor, and other offices without success. He served as deputy attorney general of the State of Pennsylvania from 1972-1980.

His credibility was tarnished by work he did for the far-left “9/11 for the Truth” campaign, which alleged in a federal lawsuit that the collapse of the twin towers in New York was caused by “controlled demolition” ordered by the president of the United States.

Nevertheless, in recent weeks, lawsuits have been filed in seven additional states demanding that Barack Obama produce an original vault copy of his birth certificate, to dispel the rumors that he is not a natural-born United States citizen.

The latest suits have been filed in state and federal courts in Hawaii, Washington, California, Florida, Georgia, New York, and Connecticut to compel Obama to release his birth records.

Lawsuits in Washington and Georgia are seeking state superior courts to force the states’ secretary of state, as the chief state elections officer, to require Obama to produce original birth records from Hawaii, or else decertify him as a candidate for the presidency.

Ironically, Obama mentions his birth certificate in passing on Page 26 of his 1995 memoir, “Dreams of My Father.” “I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms, when I was in high school,” he wrote.

Lawyers for Obama and the DNC did not return calls for comment on the current status of the case, or explain why the Obama campaign did not simply put to rest the whole controversy by releasing the birth certificate that Obama apparently cherished as a teenager.

In the past, questions about Sen. John McCain’s legal status have arisen. McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone at a U.S. Army hospital. McCain had legal experts vet his constitutional qualifications, and he also disclosed a copy of his birth certificate.

One of the more amusing developments arising out of the Republican Convention is the public mocking of Obama’s credential as a “Community Organizer.” Both Rudy and Sarah laid it out for all to see: as a Community Organizer, Obama Hussein did nothing but aggitate people towards dissatisfaction with their lives, their circumstances, and their government. As Malkin debunks the “Community Organizer” moniker via ACORN, the corrupt, criminal, and immoral nature of the “Community Organizer” has come into focus. His work was the foundation for the theory, and provided affirmation of Polarik’s original findings that the COLB was forged, followed by Techdude’s findings.

What does this mean?

It means that Barack Obama has been hiding his Indonesian identity and citizenship, as we’ve been trying to shout from the rooftops. He may still have Indonesian citizenship; or maybe he dumped it along the way to help polish the path forward for political ambitions.

Never mind; Obama concealed it from us. He lied. He tried to wipe out his past, for fear that it would render him ineligible. He thought he was beyond being vetted, questioned, researched. He thought he was the Messiah.

Larry has more, and I have a feeling this passage alludes to the possibility that Obama used his Indonesian identity (perhaps a passport?) to travel to Pakistan:

I confirmed today that several teams/individuals visited Jakarta during the last six months to gather up critical documents regarding Barack. It is amazing what money can buy. The information includes details of how Barack made his way to Pakistan. Oh! Did I mention there have been similar efforts underway in Pakistan. There are several lessons and warnings in the John Edwards affair for Obama. First and foremost, you cannot hide your past.

No, you cannot hide from your past. Nor can you hide from citizen journalists.

For those who have not followed this story, Soetoro is the name on Obama’s Birth Certificate (BC) because a new BC was issued when he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, his step-father. His original BC, which we assume was issued for Barack Hussein Obama at birth, would have been sealed at that time.

We assert that Barry Soetoro acquired Indonesian citizenship in approximately 1965-1966, and may still hold it. Barack Obama possibly changed his legal name back to Barack Hussein Obama as an older child, teenager, or adult, possibly never did — but even if he did, this procedure would not result in a change to the BC.

The Birth Certificate published by Obama on his campaign website (still there, by the way) and distributed to the media was forged because the real BC on file is in the name Soetoro, an identity he apparently wanted to hide from the American people.

I am getting reports from different sources that Obama traveled to Pakistan in ‘81 with an Indonesian passport.

These revelations raise several troubling issues for Obama’s electability and eligibility. Foremost, there is the concerted attempt to conceal his background and dual citizenship/identity from the electorate. Secondly, there is a potential Constitutional problem with a POTUS having held dual citizenship; Article II of the constitution requires the POTUS and Commander-in-Chief to have only ONE loyalty to country, and that must be to the US.

We don’t know who Barack Hussein Obama really is. He might be Barry Dunham. He might be Barry Soetoro. We don’t know because he won’t let anyone see his birth certificate or his passport. Heck, we don’t know where he was born. Some say he was born in Hawaii, but others affirm that he was born in Kenya, then still others who say that he was born in Canada. Regardless of his name or place of birth, this fraud is completely ineligible to be President of the United States. One thing is for sure though, this man was born.
