Democrats are RACISTS and BIGOTS

Wednesday, January 31st, 2007

I don’t mean to shock you simple readers out there who think your liberal socialist, anti-American agenda is so superior to those of us who worry about things so useless as the truth.  You work night and day to make conservatives and Republicans look bad, frequently accusing them of being racist.

We all know that Republicans have done more to advance minorities in government.  Perhaps the reason the Democrats hate those minorities is because they are qualified. We know that the Republicans sent  Clarence Thomas to the Supreme Court.  We know that both of GW’s Secretaries of State have been black.  Republicans have a documented record of being color-blind in their pursuit of staffing government positions… unlike the Democrats.

Have you seen the news?  The Democrat candidates such as Edwards, et al, are surrounded by rich, elite white people.  Sure, they go to the black neighborhood for photo ops, but - after using several bottles of hand sanitizer - quickly retreat to their multi-million dollar estates and hang with their swanky country club buddies.

Did you know that the party that exploits the poor (Democrats) to build their power are liars and hypocrites? Do you think John Edwards has any capacity to empathize with the plight of the poor (or the plight of workers for that matter)?  Nope. He is so rich, he does not know what it’s like to struggle financially.  He couldn’t handle shopping at WalMart and he regards blacks and other minorities as the underclass that is worthless except for providing an endless stream of ignorant votes for Democrats.

Senator Joe Biden reflected characteristic Democrat thought and attitude in his recent comments about Barack HUSSEIN Obama: “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy,” he said. “I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

That’s right.  As an exception to the ordinary black folk, Barack HUSSEIN Obama is articulate (the rest are not of course…according to Biden that is).   Barack HUSSEIN Obama is the first “bright” black man (the rest are not of course…according to Biden that is). Barack HUSSEIN Obama is the first CLEAN black man (the rest are not of course…according to Biden that is).  We could go on.

The bottom line is the Democrats are the bigots in politics. If a Republican would make such racist insinuations, that Republican would be hung by midnight. For somereason, racism and bigotry - rampant in the Democrat party - is OK with the press and with the Republican party.

Republicans, the party of cowardly compromises, should attack with the same vigor - or more - that the Democrats would attack with if the situation were reversed.  Will they?  Of course not.  Remember, it’s going to take 10 years or more for the Republicans to learn their lesson.

Shame on America for allowing these anti-war, anti-American THUGS to freely deface the nation’s capital.  Shame on the leftist Democrat-Socialist-Communist police leadership that refused to enforce the law!

Democrats Protecting Criminal Employers

One more reminder of the Democrat commitment to criminals:

Dems block immigration fine amendment

Jan. 26, 2007 at 10:56AM

U.S. Senate Democrats rejected an amendment to a bill raising the minimum wage that would have increased fines for employers of illegal immigrants.
Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., proposed the amendment, which he said would help low-income workers by pushing illegal immigrants out of the economy, the Washington Times reported Friday. He said illegal immigrants take jobs from low-income workers and artificially suppress wages.
“Our whole purpose of the minimum wage act is to increase the wages of working Americans, particularly low-skilled workers,” Sessions said. “That’s a noble goal.”
A major reason “that those salaries have lagged behind is because of a large influx of illegal immigrant labor,” he said. “That is indisputable, and it’s not been discussed much here. People apparently don’t want to talk about it, but we’re going to talk about it.”
However, Democratic leaders kept the amendment off the floor, saying Republicans have continually attempted to add amendments to the bill that are unrelated to the minimum wage issue.

Hypocritical Politicians Unconcerned about Islamist Ellison’s Terrorist Ties

Thursday, January 25th, 2007

Does anyone actually think that Republicans or Democrats care that a terrorist is among them?  I seriously doubt it, so this is no surprise.  Disgusting? Yes. Surprising? No!

WNDs report that new Minnesota Congressman Keith Ellison, the first Muslim elected to Congress, once advocated the release of a woman charged with placing pipe bombs under police cars and who was a member of a terror group that allegedly attempted to assassinate Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., has generated a string of “no comments” from the parties, as well as a key congressional leader.

The American media is destroying our country

Thursday, January 25th, 2007

I would say that the priority for Republicans should be the development of a strategy to counter the media problem.  Of course, I remain unconvinced that the Republicans care.  They don’t act like they want to win. The media is destroying our nation.

The Lynching of the President
By Ben Stein
Published 1/25/2007 1:49:40 AM

So there I was, lying in my bed in Malibu with my dogs, watching Mr. Bush’s State of the Union speech. I thought it was darned good. Realistic, gracious, modest, sensible. I happen to think we should get out of Iraq yesterday, but I thought Mr Bush put forward his case well. And Congress responded graciously and generously on both sides of the aisle.

Then, whaam, as soon as the speech was over, ABC was bashing him, telling us how pathetic he was, how irrelevant he was, how weak he was, how unrealistic he was.

Global Warming Fearmongering - Walter Williams

Wednesday, January 24th, 2007

In a Human Events Online article, Walter Williams exposes the agenda of the global warming liars:

The environmental extremists’ true agenda has little or nothing to do with climate change. Their true agenda is to find a means to control our lives. The kind of repressive human control, not to mention government-sanctioned mass murder, seen under communism has lost any measure of intellectual respectability. So people who want that kind of control must come up with a new name, and that new name is environmentalism.

Before you blindly follow the Global Warming cult, keep in mind what their true intentions are.

BUSH: Bitterly Disappointing

Wednesday, January 24th, 2007

Bush knows what he could have said. Bush knows what he should have said.  We know what he needed to say.  In the State of the Union address, he had another chance to do what’s right.  He didn’t.  Bush is a man of no principle. He is a politician committed to a liberal, global agenda.  He has no demonstrable loyalty to the United States or to the Constitution of the United States.

He could have told the truth about the “most ethical Congress in history.”  He could have exposed the pedophiles, the murderers, the thieves, the con-artists, the Islamic Enemies, the scammers, the recipients of bribes and kick backs, the traitors that compose the Democrat majority.  He didn’t.  He wants to work together with people who will not work together with him.

He could have announced pardons for the Border Patrol Agents that watched his lip service about border security bound in chains in Federal Prison.  What did these men do?  They tried to do their job.  They tried to keep the drug gangsters out.  What did Bush do?  Put the agents in jail and grant amnesty to the drug lords from Mexico.

He could have stood up and demanded that oil drilling in Alaska begin NOW. Rather, he gave the same old lip service to alternative energy and conservation. We are dependent on terrorist oil because Bush and Congress will not allow us to use our own resources.

He could have announced an all-out offensive in Iraq that would leave Al Sadr dead and the opposition in ruin.  Nope. Can’t do that.

He could have announced that government has no business in health care and in education and that Social Security, Medicaide and Medicare must be disbanded.  He didn’t.

Instead, he praised Pelosi. He presented an agenda that - not only was so transparent in its uselessness - will never go forward in the Democrat Congress.

By the continued treacherous conduct by our president, I would say that he is the one  that belongs in prison.

RE: Greenville, Paul Hyde has it backwards

Tuesday, January 23rd, 2007

Paul Hyde embodies the irrational thought patterns of Greenville’s Illuminati. He leads off his blog saying, “Greenville began the year on a forward-looking note, with positive changes around us,” the proceeds to mention negative changes!

His first erroneous example, “The smoking ban downtown.” How can the stifling of the Constitutional rights of business and property owners be construed as “forward-looking?” I suppose it all comes down to perspective. To one who believes in the rights of individuals to make their own choices with their own property, the smoking ban is a definite “reverse-looking note.” As Greenville moves backward to a new era of repression and disenfranchisement, it does continue its longstanding tradition of disregard for rights. The dictatorial behavior of the City of Greenville did not begin with this ban, nor do we expect it to end with the ban. The message is loud and clear. All personal property and individual rights in Greenville are vulnerable to the repugnant whims of local politics.

Incredulously, the second example of a “forward-looking note” is another example of local tyranny: “A new countywide parks and recreation plan.” The reckless notion to expand the wasteful practices of the recreation district were soundly rejected in the liberals’ “Penny for Parks” fiasco. Unfortunately, the precedent of Greenville government’s rejection of the will of the people continues. This is not a look forward, but another look backward into socialistic nanny-state-ism where the narcissistic folks in elected office become all-knowing bellwethers for the people. This again follows a hideous backward trend. The populous has spoken time after time on a diverse range of issues from the Southern Connector, to the downtown arena, to the county library, to the baseball stadium. In every case, the will of the people is relegated to the trash heap as the special interests of corrupt and tyrannical politicians are relentlessly pursued. Knowing that the people will defeat any ballot initiative that proposes such an agenda of waste, the “reverse-looking” forces in Greenville forced this plan through County Council. Once again money will be stolen from the citizens of Greenville to be given to support a precious few who will benefit from it. This is was one of the largest tax increases in Greenville’s history with absolutely no prospect of any positive ROI.

As if Paul Hyde’s seeming insanity hasn’t already been discerned by his examples of “forward-looking” events in Greenville, He continues to exemplify a dearth of logic when he identifies the “problems” with the Greenville Transit Authority as “a step back.” Come on! The GTA has been in trouble for years, primarily because it does not provide a service that is in demand. Over and over again, money has been robbed from the citizens of Greenville and given to the albatross known as GTA. Fraud, waste, poor management, inefficient operation, and a total lack of need have constantly plagued the bus system. With GTA finally teetering on the brink of extinction, Hyde’s statement that “GTA clearly is going in the wrong direction,” is bizarre and baffling.

Contrary to the fantasies of Greenville’s progressive thinkers(and apparently of Paul Hyde), we live in a free market economy. The laws of supply and demand are in effect. The transit system does not survive because there is insufficient demand for it (duh!). Why do these people insist on taking the people’s money and waste it on things that are not viable?

Paul Hyde continues to make an absurd statement that is demonstrably false: “A thriving modern American city needs a strong public transportation system.” If the thriving city of Greenville needs a “strong public transportation system,” then evidence of demand for it would exist. It doesn’t. Sure, The Greenville News can find a few people who can utilize the transit system. The problem is that demand is weak, so either demand needs to be generated (in the past, advertising and expanded routes and schedules failed to stir up any interest in bus service), the fares must be high enough to cover operating costs, or the service must be abandoned. The years have demonstrated that public transit is not needed in Greenville.

Using the same evidence as provided by Paul Hyde, we must say that Greenville is taking two steps back for every step forward. Not much of a surprise, is it?
