The case against the fraudulent presidency of Barry Soetoro took another step forward. According to WorldnetDaily.com, A briefing schedule has been announced by the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in a case alleging Congress failed in its constitutional duties by refusing to investigate the eligibility of Barack Obama to be president, according to an attorney handling the challenge. The case asserts “when Obama was born his father was a British subject/citizen and Obama himself was the same.” The Constitution also provides, the lawsuit says, “If the president-elect shall have failed to qualify, then the vice president elect shall act as president until a president shall have qualified.”

In an e-mail announcing the schedule, Kerchner wrote, “We look forward to moving ahead with this very important constitutional case along the legal pathway to the ultimate decision maker for this historic and precedence setting lawsuit, the U.S. Supreme Court.” We also allege that he is not an Article II ‘natural born Citizen’ because when Obama was born his father was a British subject/citizen and Obama himself was the same,” he wrote.

Adding fuel to the fire is Obama’s persistent refusal to release documents that could provide answers and the appointment – at a cost confirmed to be at least $1.7 million – of myriad lawyers to defend against all requests for his documentation.

The inevitable response to my articles about the fraud known to many as Barack Obama is one of several:

  • Who cares?
  • So what?
  • Can’t do anything about it.
  • It’s just the way it is.

I don’t blame those who feel this way because the government of the United States is not only out of control, it is already operating almost entirely out of the bounds of the Constitution, so why not have a President who is cannot lawfully fill the office? We’ve seen so many examples of the ineffectiveness of the people in changing the government that we really do not think anything can be done about it. In that you are correct.

I commend everyone who has been party to a lawsuit concerning the fraudulent president’s ineligibility and his identity. The fraud needs to be exposed. By walking alongside Barry Soetoro, every judge, every congressman, every senator, every citizen is party to the destruction of this country. You are condemned through your own inaction. It’s too bad though, because you have ruined the American opportunity for millions of people  and have stood idly by as their freedom is squashed. There is no one who will save our nation for us. If it is to be done, we must do it ourselves… yet few seem willing.

So the facts condemn all who refuse to act. All those seeking to yield freedom because of convenience will soon pay for their convenience in blood. Then it will be too late. At that time we will all wish that we had done more to stop Barry Soetoro.
