South Carolina has just one Republican Senator
The Greenville News has finally discovered the Jim DeMint is our only Republican senator. Let’s go over this one more time:
Should the GOP try to find common ground with Democrats, as Graham does…?
Common ground = Democrats get what they want. Why would any decent human being want to have something in common with the corrupt, criminal, anti-American Democrat Party? What communion hath light with darkness?
From the article:
WASHINGTON — South Carolina Sens. Lindsey Graham and Jim DeMint are conservative Republicans who favor limited government, oppose abortion and think Democrats are leading the country down the wrong path.
But the similarities end there.
The two senators have taken starkly different approaches to their jobs during the past year, and those differences underscore the dilemma facing the Republican Party: Should the GOP try to find common ground with Democrats, as Graham does, or should the party follow DeMint’s lead and oppose virtually everything Democrats propose?
No other state’s Republican senators have taken such divergent legislative paths since President Barack Obama began his term in January with clear Democratic majorities in the House and the Senate, analysts say.
Lindsey Graham has to go. PERIOD. Will the silly voters of South Carolina do anything about it? They had a chance in 2008 and they didn’t even after Lindsey said that his job is not to represent the people of South Carolina. Graham will continue to be our Democrat senator long after our state turns officially blue.
